• Accurately complete sales documents to ensure Pest Control Technicians have necessary information
• Stay motivated and work independently while thinking on your feet

• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being concise and confident
• Outstanding listening skills with the ability to consult with customers effectively
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up skills
• Must be a cooperative team player capable of working independently

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with the pest management industry or related fields
