This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The role also involves assisting with customer service and providing training to clients as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets
• Ability to conduct Training and educate clients to ensure clear understanding of solutions offered
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the home improvement or roofing industry is a strong advantage
