• Provide comprehensive product and service information to clients
• Address customer inquiries about their coverage and recommend solutions
• Regularly review agreements to suggest cost-effective options
• Maintain a high volume of follow-ups via email and cold calls to nurture client relationships
• Efficiently manage tasks using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and other essential tools
• Seamlessly utilize platforms like Slack, Kumo Space, and Zoom to meet client needs in a fully virtual environment

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, working well under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be proficient in handling digital tools and technologies
• References will be checked for previous work experiences, if applicable
