Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Present and explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing their specific needs.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline, tracking leads and following up with potential customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
