Position: Work from home ACCOUNT MANAGER - 995

Role title: Account Manager

Education Requirements: None, but ideally degree educated

Experience Requirements: Health/Public sector related account management

Industry: Public sector focused

Job Location: Leeds, LS15

Qualifications: None / commercial exposure

Responsibilities:

  • To account manage, nurture, and develop new accounts.
  • Look after our existing customers, helping them stay on track and assisting with any issues.
  • Develop new accounts by leveraging existing customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate and agree on commercial terms for orders.
  • Account manage existing customer sites and develop them to their full potential.
  • Pursue opportunities in Councils/organizations that are not currently customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with products/services.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage a complex caseload and meet deadlines.
  • Persuasive and credible in a sales context.
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
  • Work Hours: 37 hours
