Keeper Security is hiring a driven Senior Revenue Performance Coach to join our Revenue Enablement team. This 100% remote position (with hybrid options near our Chicago headquarters) requires a seller‑coach who will serve as the core execution engine of our revenue coaching function.

About the RoleThe Senior Revenue Performance Coach bridges GTM enablement and execution. You will operate with autonomy, partnering with frontline managers and Enablement leadership to drive sustained adoption across the revenue organization.
Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end coaching outcomes for assigned sellers and revenue generators across enterprise sales and customer success.
- Observe live customer conversations to assess execution against defined standards and identify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Diagnose root causes of performance challenges such as skill gaps, behavioral issues, or process adherence.
- Partner with frontline sales & success managers to reinforce coaching priorities and drive follow‑through.
- Reinforce enablement frameworks, messaging, and playbooks within live selling moments.
- Prioritize coaching focus areas based on data, feedback, reviews, live observations, and business needs.
- Develop personalized coaching plans that are clear, concise, and constructive.
- Actively define, reinforce, and evolve seller execution standards across revenue motions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor, providing proactive outreach, support, and follow‑up beyond scheduled sessions.
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a quota‑carrying role.
- Demonstrated sales coaching, enablement, training, or mentorship experience with measurable improvement.
- Strong understanding of modern sales motions (discovery, demo, deal progression, account management).
- Ability to give direct, constructive feedback with clarity and empathy.
- High credibility with sellers and managers due to real‑world selling experience.
- Comfort observing live customer conversations and providing coaching.
- Capacity to manage multiple coaching relationships and prioritize across tiers.
- Collaborative skills and affinity for partnering with frontline leaders and enablement teams.
- Drive to excel in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines and goals.
- Proficiency in leveraging performance data, reports, and dashboards to prioritize focus and measure impact.
