Join the Busick Agency as a remote sales representative. You will run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt‑free living.

This is a commission‑based sales position. Promotions are based on personal performance.

We help individuals find the most viable solutions for their needs and budget.

We don’t cold‑call, prospect, or harass our family and friends.

As a remote sales representative you will:

• Run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt‑free living.
• Generate and qualify leads for our insurance products.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments remotely.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

• Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your state (license not required for interview).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and self‑motivated.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills.
