Position: Senior Sales Executive, Core Growth - MLF

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify the best channels for customer engagement and develop territory growth strategies
  • Prospect new customers, assess their needs, and drive deals to close
  • Manage relationships focused on new logo acquisition and mid‑contract upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce to track progress of deals and key performance indicators
  • Gather client and market intelligence to understand customer needs within the legal profession
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C‑level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work from a home office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling into large law accounts and knowledge of West products
  • High level of competency with internet and database management
  • Ambitious self‑starter with high energy and motivation
