- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C‑level executives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to work from a home office
- Experience selling into large law accounts and knowledge of West products
- High level of competency with internet and database management
- Ambitious self‑starter with high energy and motivation
