- Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (life, health, variable contracts) and pass background check/insurance licensing verification.
- Ability to work independently.
- High school diploma.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong interpersonal, written, oral communication, and listening skills.
