Position: Inbound Sales Representative - $16.00 Hourly + Commission (Remote Alabama)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist customers by reserving the best storage units to meet their individual needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Manage inbound sales calls from customers seeking storage solutions

    Collaborate with team members to maximize sales and improve service delivery
  • Engage with customers over the phone, building rapport and trust
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to effectively connect and communicate over the phone
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
