The Cooper Group is hiring remote representatives to work with inbound clients and support a range of coverage and protection needs. This fully remote, phone‑based role offers flexible scheduling, performance‑based income, and opportunities for long‑term growth. Representatives work from home, manage their own calendars, and handle client conversations from initial inquiry through completion.

We provide structured training, established systems, and ongoing support for both new and experienced professionals. Some applicants are new to the industry, while others come from sales or client‑facing backgrounds seeking better systems, flexibility, and income potential.

• Speak with individuals who have requested information
• Conduct phone or virtual conversations to understand needs and eligibility
• Review available options and explain next steps clearly
• Assist clients through required application and documentation processes
• Provide follow‑up and ongoing client support as needed
• Manage your own schedule, activity, and production

• Comfortable communicating by phone or video
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
• Prior sales or client‑facing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licensing with support
