• Manage designated sales team pipeline by tracking and engaging with leads, opportunities, and sales progress
• Assist the sales team in preparing customer proposals for products
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contact and account information
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure customer requirements are met and sales operations are optimized

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related support role
• Comfortable with customer-facing communication via phone and email
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Direct experience in supporting an outside sales team and/or experience working within the fitness industry
• Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
