Your new role
As an Inside Sales Technical Representative, you will provide a high level of national and regional support in the sales of the client's product lines to both internal and external customers.
Fielding of all customer inquiries received, with a focus on Sales to further develop customer requests.Advising the customer on the proper application of productsPreparation of quotations in a timely mannerFollow up of quotations, with a focus on closing of the OrderReview of customer Purchase Orders prior to Order ProcessingPreparation of dimensional and wiring drawings as required by the customerPreparation and submission to the customer any other materials requestedGathering input from Supporting Functions/Network ie:
Product Management, Application Support, Outside Sales or Service, to fully satisfy the customers’ needsIntegration of Campaigns or Sales Initiatives into Sales Workflow and Customer Quote offeringsWhat you'll need to succeed
Post-secondary technical education preferably in instrumentation, process control, automation, or engineering2–3 years of Inside Sales experience in the Instrumentation field or a similar role is desired.Excellentmunication skills to work well with diverse individuals, groups and with internal & external customers.Demonstrates a positive attitude to change.Supports teamwork and team spirit.What you'll get in return
