Senior Account Manager (Hospitality Solutions)

Position Summary
As an Account Manager, you will manage the commercial and operational relationship with a portfolio of strategic hotel customers, drive business development and revenue generation within the assigned region, and ensure success of existing customers.
Pay
Base pay range: $100,000 – $115,000 per year. Additional compensation:
Annual bonus.
- Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for existing business, including renewals, new sales efforts, and share shifting opportunities across the territory.
- Manage all aspects of the commercial relationship with clients.
- Identify mutually beneficial opportunities to expand Hospitality Solutions’ share of wallet with clients.
- Solidify renewal opportunities and protect recurring revenue streams.
- Plan and lead effective customer meetings and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring margins and pricing align with corporate strategy.
- Coordinate within Hospitality Solutions and customers to meet obligations.
- Develop and deliver a strategic account plan for current clients and a sales plan for new pursuits; track progress in Salesforce.
- Positively affect and grow strategic relationships between Hospitality Solutions and clients from both a financial and product/service standpoint.
- Implement and maintain effective sales management to provide accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts.
- Sell new solutions to existing customers to reach annual sales targets.
- Establish and maintain high customer engagement at various levels, positioning Hospitality Solutions as an innovative industry player.
- Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting to leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with internal leaders and stakeholders across Hospitality Solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of industry‑related strategic account management experience.
- Knowledgeable of hospitality technology and systems with strong technical aptitude.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Ability to interpret analytics and present actionable data.
- Ability to create convincing proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, delivering complex solutions simply.
- Ability to identify, communicate, and connect with major decision makers both internally and externally.
- Ability to lead and direct multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Fundamental understanding of hospitality technology, revenue management, and distribution.
- Technical/systems knowledge: advanced Excel, Salesforce CRM, hospitality CRS or distribution systems (preferred).
- Virtual office or remote work experience.
This role involves travel to attend team, industry, or client functions, and to lead in‑person meetings with clients; travel will be up to 25% of your time.
