BDR (Setter) (m/f/d) | 100% Remote
Mailody GmbH is a digital advertising agency specializing in email marketing (e-commerce) that has become the market leader in the DACH region.
Responsibilities- Pipeline Generation – Generate 5+ qualified meetings per month after ramp‑up.
- Methodology Mastery – Master signal‑based outbound methodology within the first 2 weeks.
- Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (email, Linked In, phone).
- Qualify prospects using ICP criteria and strategic fit.
- Research and identify decision‑makers at target accounts.
- Craft personalized messages that stand out and generate responses.
- Handle objections and qualify buying intent before booking meetings.
- Use our advanced sales‑tool stack to maximize efficiency and output.
- Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
- Hand over prospects to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
- Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine ICP and positioning.
- Hungry, eager to learn, and ready to prove yourself.
- Believe high output leads to high results.
- See rejections as data points and iterate quickly.
- Data‑ and KPI‑oriented, continuously optimizing approach.
- Reliable and high‑quality even at high volume.
- Healthy strategies for handling work‑related stress.
- 0‑2 years experience as SDR/BDR or proven top performance in customer‑centric roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex value propositions.
- Strong research and detail orientation in target‑customer and prospect qualification.
- Resilience and perseverance in dealing with rejection.
- Digital proficiency and ability to master new sales tools quickly.
