BDR (Setter) (m/f/d) | 100% Remote

Mailody GmbH is a digital advertising agency specializing in email marketing (e-commerce) that has become the market leader in the DACH region.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation – Generate 5+ qualified meetings per month after ramp‑up.
  • Methodology Mastery – Master signal‑based outbound methodology within the first 2 weeks.
  • Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (email, Linked In, phone).
  • Qualify prospects using ICP criteria and strategic fit.
Prospect Engagement
  • Research and identify decision‑makers at target accounts.
  • Craft personalized messages that stand out and generate responses.
  • Handle objections and qualify buying intent before booking meetings.
  • Use our advanced sales‑tool stack to maximize efficiency and output.
Process Excellence
  • Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
  • Hand over prospects to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
  • Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine ICP and positioning.

Skills & Experience
  • 0‑2 years experience as SDR/BDR or proven top performance in customer‑centric roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex value propositions.
  • Strong research and detail orientation in target‑customer and prospect qualification.
  • Resilience and perseverance in dealing with rejection.
  • Digital proficiency and ability to master new sales tools quickly.
