Job Responsibilities
  • Start with an intensive onboarding process, including a 5-week training to familiarize you with our company, workforce management (time tracking, staffing planning), and our software products.
  • As part of our SMB Sales Team, you will manage the entire complex sales process: from responsible lead generation, process analysis, software presentation, to successful deal closure (typically 1-3 months).
  • Focus on acquiring customers in the medium-sized sector (up to 1,000 employees) across various industries, offering variety and flexibility.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to demonstrate the benefits and return on investment of our HR solutions to champions and decision-makers within companies.
  • Beyond presenting HR software, aim to inspire your target clients with tailored solutions that meet their individual processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, IT Consulting, and Marketing teams.
  • Enhance your skills through our sales training programs (SPIN, presentation, legal, negotiation).
  • Travel requirement: 10-20%.
  • Qualifications
    • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, sales-related roles, or corporate consulting.
    • Positive mindset, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and team spirit.
    • Experience explaining complex processes and/or solution sales.
    • Successfully completed studies or vocational training.
    • Excellent German and English language skills.
