This is a part-time hybrid role based in Tangerang, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable education and employment services. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, building client relationships, and following up on leads. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients effectively
• Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid environment
• Familiarity with education and employment services is advantageous
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Experience working in cross-cultural or international teams is a plus
• Willing to work with WFO system at PIK, North Jakarta
