Technical Sales Representative – Okanagan, BC

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support and grow its commercial roofing and building envelope business across British Columbia’s Interior region. Based in the Okanagan, this role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and design professionals while providing product training, technical guidance, and field-level support. You will also play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout the territory.

This position is balanced by design, with approximately 50% of time spent inspecting completed projects and providing post-installation support, and 50% dedicated to prospecting, relationship development, and new business growth.

The ideal candidate brings practical experience in commercial roofing or building envelope systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Compensation includes an estimated base salary of CAD $70,000–$90,000 annually, with potential performance-based bonuses, along with competitive benefits and long-term growth opportunities. This is a remote position.
