Inside Sales Rep-(Remote

Employer Industry: Pest Management

• Salary up to $50,000 in your first year, plus commission
• Training bonus of $500-$1000 based on training duration

• Reach out to current and prospective homeowners to generate phone sales
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and pricing of the employer's products and services
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Technicians have necessary information
• Work independently while staying motivated and thinking on your feet

• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
• Outstanding listening skills with the ability to consult with customers
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently

• Experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a remote capacity
• Familiarity with the pest management industry or home services
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
  
  Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Knowledge of CRM software or sales tracking tools
