Location & Work ModelWe are seeking a Senior Sales Manager based in the Orlando area. This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely. Comfort working in an in‑office environment is essential. This role requires frequent in‑person partner and vendor meetings, industry event attendance, and active engagement in the local market.
About The JobThe Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts in market through program qualification, development, and relationship expansion. This role manages hotel partnerships, seeks new opportunities to grow market share, and supports large and complex client programs and long‑term relationships. This is a relationship‑driven, consultative sales leadership role that partners closely with Creative, Events, and Operations teams to drive revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Generate new business and develop relationships with key target hotels and strategic partners
- Conduct presentations, lead site inspections, and represent Access in market
- Own KPI and Key Result performance and consistently achieve sales goals
- Partner closely with Creative and Events teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Support the Director of Sales with training and mentoring new team members
- Operate in alignment with company procedures to drive revenue and gross profit goals
- Partner with Operations to ensure seamless handoff and execution of client programs
- Actively promote and represent the Access brand in market and across client relationships
