• 5‑7 years of experience in enablement with a sales background from technology or SaaS
• Proven experience in building and deploying new enablement programs for large sales teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to train remote groups effectively and innovate virtual learning delivery

• Experience with sales enablement tools and methodologies
• Creative mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders
