What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive sales growth
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
  • Effectively manage territory activities including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in educational sales or related fields
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve budgeted Fair Counts and revenue goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in the educational sector
