• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or educational sales
• Proven success in metrics-driven environments
• Availability for a part-time schedule, primarily evenings and weekends
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems

• Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling
• Track record of exceeding metrics and performance goals
• Educational experience and expertise from working directly with students and parents
