Sales Manager (Technical) – Embedded Software

I'm currently on the lookout for a Sales Manager (Technical) for an expanding embedded software company that works extensively with leading clients across semiconductor, automotive, and medical sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical and commercial support for clients/customers, including demoing products, negotiating, attending trade fairs, and developing long‑term relationships.
• Work within the hardware and embedded domain.

• Location:
  
  Vancouver, Washington (office‑based), with flexibility for remote work in California, Texas, or Arizona.
• Full‑time position.
• Budget: $220,000–$260,000 OTE (with potential flexibility in higher cost locations such as California).

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in embedded software or similar.
• Technical degree such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.
• Experience in sales/technical sales with embedded systems; debugging and trace tools knowledge preferred.
• 10–20 years of related experience.
