Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative for people residing in all of Latin America.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. Language:
Near-native English (C1/C2) with a neutral accent. Only resumes in English will be considered!

The Role

The role is for a BDR to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our salespeople. Valatam's clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.

Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:

  • Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool personalized email sequences & Linked In sequences daily.
  • Keeping Hubspot CRM updated.
  • Making 100 phone calls daily.
  • High-touch manual outreach.
  • Manual follow-ups by phone/email/Linked In.
  • Tracking activities daily in a scorecard.
  • Daily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team.
  • Experimenting with FB/Twitter outreach.
  • Community and awareness building (responding to Quora, Linked In, blog posts recommending our services).
  • Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning.
