• Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound prospecting plan to target ideal accounts
• Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outreach to generate a pipeline of new business
• Lead the full software sales cycle, including discovery and customized demonstrations
• Negotiate software pricing and packaging to secure new business opportunities
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and data integrity within the Hub Spot Partner Portal

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• 3-5 years of high-activity outbound SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of generating 70-80% of pipeline through cold prospecting
• Deep understanding of the Hub Spot software suite and ability to demo effectively
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex software negotiations

• Experience working at a Hub Spot partner agency
• Hub Spot Software Certifications
• Existing relationships within the Hub Spot sales organization
