** to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives. As a CS Agent, you will focus on establishing new business, following up on leads through outbound calls and emails, and providing best-in-show service to prospective clients.

** Remote - United States This position is remote, and you will work from a home office. Occasionally, travel to the nearest office may be required for in-person activities such as team meetings, training, and culture-building events.

* Main Responsibilities:

*** Maintain a robust sales pipeline as you complete 20-30 calls per day with a primary focus on closing new business. This will be a mix of inbound and outbound sales calls as well as emails, prioritizing outbound calls to warm leads
* Provide a best-in-show experience and capitalize on every lead with potential customers, educating them on all aspects of Pumpkin's policy and product offerings in order to consistently complete the sale
* Analyze customer motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns while handling objections with ease
* Act as a brand ambassador, establishing and building on positive experiences customers and potential customers have with Pumpkin
* Actively collaborate with your team to provide the best customer experience
* Participate in team meetings, elevating ideas around how to close more sales and/or improve the customer experience

* Basic Qualifications:

*** 2 years minimum experience in an outbound sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales, successful lead generation and new business development
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
* Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
* Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
