• Work with warm inbound leads provided by the company
• Educate clients on financial protection products
• Conduct virtual meetings via phone or Zoom
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Learn and utilize company systems and sales process
• Maintain compliance and licensing requirements
• Attend weekly virtual trainings and team meetings
• Track activity and performance metrics
• Develop leadership skills through mentorship and coaching

• Strong communication skills
• Coachable and self-motivated
• Reliable internet and phone access
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

This is a 100% commission-based position with no income cap. Advancement opportunities into leadership and agency ownership are available for top performers. Income is performance-based and directly tied to effort and consistency.
