• Guide a full sales cycle within the SMB market, achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships to maximize successful outcomes
• Present the company and its products in various settings, including online demos and face-to-face meetings
• Develop sales strategies and plans to close deals while addressing customer needs
• Manage the sales process by creating strategic account plans and solutions

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in Canada or the USA
• Proven ability to manage and close sales cycles
• Strong relationship‑building skills with potential customers
• Experience in presenting solutions that meet customer needs

• 1+ years of experience in managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Experience in rapidly developing customer relationships
• 1+ years of experience managing fast sales cycles
• Ability to educate customers on industry trends and best practices
