- Manage and maintain client accounts with precision and care.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the agency.
- Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
- Assist with the preparation of client proposals and presentations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and files.
- Support the agency with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with IT and Underwriting to assure client needs are met.
- Must be P&C Licensed or agree to become licensed within 60 days.
- Russian speaking is a bonus, but not required.
- Proven administrative or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
