What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop targeted campaigns to increase sales of Consolidated pressure release valves, focusing on the aftermarket
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and aspects (technical, economical, logistical, and financial)
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and channel partners to engage with end users and customer influence centers
  • Conduct sales calls to key customers and strategic corporate accounts
  • Lead collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and articulate compelling value propositions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or HS/GED with 10 years of related valve experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with consolidated valves
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven success in originating sales and achieving targets
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
  • Availability to travel for business at least 50% of the time
