• Support sales activities and initiatives within the assigned territory, including serving as a floater for temporarily vacant territories
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas through lead generation, customer follow-ups, and product demonstrations
• Develop and drive performance objectives and KPIs to ensure achievement of sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical and clinical knowledge of the product portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including weekend travel
• Exceptional sales acumen and adaptability skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer-focused approach

• Dental industry sales experience
• Experience in a conceptual selling environment with long sales cycles of high-priced items
• Indirect/distribution sales experience
