Business Development Representative

As BDR, you will be responsible to make the first contact of prospects via outbound and inbound and generate quality opportunities for the sales force. You will have the chance to focus your attention and efforts on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will gather and meet with potential clients. The business development representative will also be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads;

provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a B2B Saas/technology sales environment
  • Consistent track record of overachieving and professional development
  • General sales experience
  • You can easily organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • You're highly self-motivated and have a passion to continually progress and grow
  • Comfortable working with multiple remote teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken spanish and english
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup experience is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
  • Run highly targeted prospecting campaigns at assigned targeted and named accounts.
  • Help build predictable, scalable, repeatable, and effective outbound prospecting playbooks to help drive our growth as an organization.
  • Rate opportunities based on the criteria established by the Growth area.
  • Generate business opportunities for Simetrik in strategic accounts.
  • Encourage the growth of the pipeline through the scheduling of qualified meetings with AEs.
  • To be an expert and evangelist of the service provided by Simetrik.
  • Create strategies to contact decision makers and prospect accounts that increase the company's revenue.
  • Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence.
  • Contact potential customers via phone, Linked In, email, referrals among others.
  • Rate opportunities based on the criteria established by the Growth area.
