• Conduct in-person sales consultations with faculty, curriculum directors, and administrators within the K-12 market
• Engage in sales calls to school districts to present product solutions
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals and drive new business growth
• Provide accurate forecasting and sales activity updates using company tools
• Participate in networking opportunities, including conferences and group presentations

• Bachelor's Degree or proven record of consistent sales and goal achievement
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Ability to build and implement effective sales solutions
• Strong proficiency in business technologies, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and move up to 100 lbs with assistance

• 2 years of teaching, sales, or publishing experience
• Familiarity with digital information delivery and Salesforce
