• Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families
• Listen deeply to client needs and match them to suitable care solutions
• Clearly communicate services, secure commitments, and schedule follow‑up consultations
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics, including call volume and conversion rates
• Utilize CRM tools to track activity and ensure consistent follow‑up

• Minimum of 3 years of phone‑based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
• Experience in a high‑volume call center environment
• Ability to thrive in a metrics‑driven environment with a focus on meeting goals
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively

• Background in home care, healthcare, or senior services
• Strong empathetic communication skills combined with confident sales execution
