• Lead and manage a high-performing field sales team targeting Enterprise accounts
• Mentor and develop team members, including recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Engage with C-level executives in enterprise customer organizations through onsite visits
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report on sales progress to Senior Sales Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market awareness and build sales pipeline

• 10+ years of software sales experience with 3-5+ years in Enterprise sales management
• Proven track record of revenue expansion and increased profitability in the software industry
• Experience managing a team of Strategic/Enterprise Account Executives in a B2B environment
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Ability to attract, hire, and train new Account Executives

• Customer Experience (CX) experience is a significant advantage
