Summary

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders for customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders.
- Assist with all day-to-day transportation activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) for service resolutions
- Update sales records, reports, and customer database.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in the logistics & supply chain industry is advantage
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services.
- Follow company sales scripts and sales strategies to engage potential customers and generate interest.
- Handle customer objections and persuade customers to proceed with the offer.
- Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets / KPIs.
- Follow up with potential customers when required.
- Perform any other sales-related or ad-hoc duties assigned by the sales manager or team leader.
- Minimum Diploma in Business/ Sales & Marketing or its equivalent
- Possess at least 2 years of sales related working experience
