Outside Sales Representative

Employer Industry: Payment Solutions

• Salary up to $90,000 base plus uncapped commission, with an average of $30,000 in first-year commission

• Generate, qualify, process, and work leads through various lead‑generation activities
• Conduct product demonstrations online and in person as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional Food Service Management companies
• Maintain prospect account data and forecasting in Salesforce
• Assist in client installations, deployments, and training as necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Three to four years of related sales experience and/or training
• Proficient written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with intense attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce and other business applications such as Google Workplace Apps and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with the K‑12 School Food Service Industry, including the USDA School Meals Initiative
• Ability to influence decisions and behaviors effectively
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
