• Reach out to current and prospective homeowners to generate phone sales
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of products and services confidently
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Technicians have necessary information
• Stay motivated, think on your feet, and work independently

• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding listening skills with the ability to consult with customers
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
• Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Familiarity with the pest management industry or similar fields
