Position: Account Executive - Commercial (KSA)

What You Can Expect

As a Commercial Account Executive at Zoom, you will seek, build and maintain relationships with commercial accounts across Saudi Arabia. You will proactively prospect into targeted companies and follow up on inbound leads. You will sell the full suite of Zoom’s communication & collaboration products—video meetings, phone, chat, customer experience, employee experience, webinars, and contact center services—through our AI‑powered platform. The role is based in Riyadh.

The Team

The Zoom Commercial Sales team focuses on selling the Zoom suite to businesses with 500‑1,000 employees, driving revenue growth and expanding Zoom’s presence in the commercial sector.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong proactive hunter mindset with a drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Extensive direct sales experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling CX/CCaaS or UCaaS/Voice products is advantageous
  • Experience selling to the KSA market
  • Demonstrated resilience and growth mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales applications (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo)
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Ability to forecast business, develop pipelines and exhibit strong management skills

  • خبرة في استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وتطبيقات المبيعات الأخرى مثل Outreach وZoominfo
  • مهارات عالية في التعاون وبناء العلاقات مع تميز في مهارات الاتصال
  • القدرة على التنبؤ بالأعمال وتطوير خطوط المبيعات وامتلاك مهارات إدارية قوية
