- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting payer organizations across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial segments
- Lead proactive proposal and RFP responses, collaborating with Solutions Consultants to ensure timely and strategic proposals
- Cultivate and develop relationships with clients and prospective clients, consulting on their strategy and business needs
- Drive engagement and delivery of Healthy Benefits+ value story through presentations and demonstrations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the payer health insurance/financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience with supplemental benefits and directed spend within Medicare/Medicaid payer markets
- 5+ years of experience using enterprise CRM and sales tools or methodologies
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with UHC, Optum, or related lines of business
- Demonstrated success building relationships with internal C‑suite and matrixed stakeholder teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
