Title: Business Development Manager (also referred to as Business Growth Executive)
Location: Various UK sites – assignment includes limited work‑from‑home flexibility.
Type: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 9‑5 with an hour lunch break.
- Speak with pre‑identified businesses and decision makers.
- Build rapport, understand their needs and arrange quality appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with supportive managers and colleagues to refine your approach.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals – your success will be visible and celebrated.

Skills & Experience Required- Confident, engaging communicator – especially over the phone.
- Resilient, organised and self‑motivated with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Experience of working to KPIs in customer‑facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment, etc.).
- Curiosity about how businesses work and a desire to learn professional sales skills.
- No formal sales experience required – we will teach you.
