This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Partner - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of life sciences solutions across Europe, focusing on building strong relationships with leading Biotech companies. Your contributions will not only help establish a premium solution in the marketplace but also enhance the success of our customers by deeply understanding their needs.

This position requires strategic thinking and a proactive approach in a fast‑paced environment where collaboration and customer success are paramount.

Accountabilities
  • Be a critical member of the sales organization, helping to establish Veeva LIMS as the leading solution for biotechs.
  • Understand Veeva LIMS and collaborate with internal teams to develop a robust sales strategy.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C‑level executives.
  • Manage complex sales cycles effectively, utilizing both internal and external resources.
  • Contribute to team sales goals and consistently meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and proactively engage with customers to address business challenges.
  • Act with urgency and integrity, focusing on achieving customer success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in selling software to the Life Sciences industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling complementary or competitive solutions into Quality sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong account planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers from end‑users to C‑level.
  • Self‑motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Passionate about solving customer business issues.
  • Team‑first mentality is essential.
  • Business‑level proficiency in English is required.
