Job Responsibilities:- Prospect, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets in the US market.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and account research.
- Conduct discovery calls with US-based prospects to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Position IT services and digital solutions effectively, with a strong focus on E-commerce offerings.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations.
- Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity updates in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with SMB and mid-market clients across the US region.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT services or technology solution sales within the US market
. - Must be currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Proven experience selling IT services / digital solutions
. - Strong understanding of US business culture, buying behavior, and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native or near-native English fluency
. - Experience working with US SMB or mid-market clients.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to build trust quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
- Existing network of US SMB clients
- Background working with offshore / global delivery teams
