Position: Sales Executive - US

Ziffity Solutions Private Limited | Full time

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: United States (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets in the US market.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and account research.
  • Conduct discovery calls with US-based prospects to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Position IT services and digital solutions effectively, with a strong focus on E-commerce offerings.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations.
  • Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity updates in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with SMB and mid-market clients across the US region.
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT services or technology solution sales within the US market
    .
  • Must be currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Proven experience selling IT services / digital solutions
    .
  • Strong understanding of US business culture, buying behavior, and sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native or near-native English fluency
    .
  • Experience working with US SMB or mid-market clients.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
