Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management role.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team towards success.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.

Requirements

• Must create urgency and carry passion.
• No degree or certification required.
• Experience leading sales teams with 1-3 years minimum.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
