Outside Sales Representative – Hibu

Join Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative and play a key role in growing our digital marketing solutions. The role offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commissions.

Year 1 on‑target earnings: $85,000‑$95,000 (potentially higher with commissions and bonuses). Year 2: $100,000‑$115,000.

Responsibilities
  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
    • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships across diverse industries, making each day unique
