- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
- College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software, with revenue targets exceeding $500M
- Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques
- Strong ability to lead detailed sales processes and manage full-cycle deals from prospecting to closure
- Deep understanding of AI and its application in business solutions
- Previous experience in a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
- Self-starter mentality with a growth mindset and comfort in driving change
