Sales Rep/Designer – Closets By Design

We are seeking outside sales representatives who are people‑oriented, creative, and passionate about helping customers organize their homes. This role offers a flexible, work‑from‑home schedule and includes comprehensive sales and design training.

Training will take place February 9‑13, 2026 in Shirley, MA. Candidates must attend the 12‑week paid training program.

• Meet customers at pre‑set appointments
• Build rapport and understand organizational needs
• Conduct home walkthroughs to assess opportunities
• Educate customers on our products and services
• Apply sales training and communication skills to help residents with home organization

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
• Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to complete paid training
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to attend training in Shirley, MA

Flexible work‑from‑home options available.
