Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate

• Represent AT&T by driving awareness of Fiber internet services, showcasing the advantages of ultra‑fast, reliable connectivity for residential customers.
• Analyze household internet usage patterns to recommend the most effective AT&T Fiber speed tiers, ensuring optimal performance for streaming, gaming, and remote work.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all AT&T Fiber service agreements and account activations are completed accurately in digital platforms.
• Highlight the technical benefits of fiber‑optic technology, including symmetrical upload/download speeds, low latency, and consistent reliability across devices.
• Ensure account documentation and service details are verified for accuracy and compliance, supporting seamless customer transitions to AT&T Fiber.
• Partner with management to refine territory strategies, expanding AT&T Fiber’s market presence and strengthening customer adoption in San Antonio neighborhoods.
