What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, and deal closure with partners
  • Develop regional partner strategies and align with assigned sales teams for success
  • Meet or exceed cloud sales targets and maintain an accurate partner sales forecast
  • Create and execute a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones
  • Manage regular business reviews between the employer and cloud partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in direct and/or channel sales
  • Proven channel sales/alliance experience with quantifiable results
  • Deep understanding of the current Data and AI ecosystem landscape
  • Ability to mentor direct sales representatives and provide best practices
  • BA/BS degree required; technical competence strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in both start-ups and larger company environments
  • Direct experience creating and executing partner business plans with various partner sizes
  • Exceptional communication skills with a high energy level
  • Ability to lead teams and projects through influence rather than direction
